Inheriting the past and ushering in the future: The original historical meaning of central church planting [1] was based on the church planting model of Miri Gospel Church, which is a church with multiple meeting places (Multisite Churches). All the properties, financial resources, pastoral mobilization and recruitment of all churches are under the central management. The central location is the church that originally planned to plant a church, allocated funds, and sent pastors, also known as the mother church.
The main benefit of central church planting is that it allows churches to share human, material, and financial resources regardless of where they are located, so that preachers in weaker churches can focus on pastoral care without worrying about the lack of resources. Secondly, as long as the church members move to the same town, the family will be members of the same church when they gather in any central church planting church.
The philosophy behind Johor Vision Christian Church is to choose the path of central church planting based on the above mutual assistance, helping the weak, sharing and mutual benefit. All church planting still adheres to the spirit of self-support, self-reliance, self-propagation and self-governance of the Gospel Self-Propagation Church (CNEC). As for the administration and pastoral care of each church, we encourage the church to make appropriate pastoral care methods according to the needs and circumstances of the place, without conflicting with the principles jointly upheld by the central church planting.
The Central Pastoral Council shall supervise and make decisions in the following areas:
Promoting harmonious relations among churches
Hiring, dismissing and transferring pastors
Organizing a Super Church Gathering
Developing the direction of the whole church
Understand the development status of each church and be sensitive to the needs of the church
Church Planting Decision
Manage the properties and distribution of each church
Supervise the financial operations and management of each church
Possessing supreme power to interfere with any church that undermines the spirit of the central church planting

To glorify God, we adhere to the motto of our church:

To achieve our vision statement,
We build the church according to the five-fold theological framework of Reformed Theology based on the Bible:
The central theology of our church is the fellowship of the Triune God.
The essence of "unity in trinity" is the same as "trinity in unity".
As a governing relationship between the central pastoral department (whole) and the church ministry (individual), it demonstrates the organic unity of the central government and independent churches.
According to the Bible, the Lord Jesus Christ is the supreme head of the church. He has shaped the Central Pastoral Department under the anointing of the Holy Spirit and authorized the Central Leading Pastor to lead and supervise:
The pastoral ministry is led by the preacher: worship, missions, fellowship and training, and the deacons assist the preacher in establishing the pastoral work of the church.
The administrative department is headed by the deacons: secretarial, financial, personnel and building development, working together to develop the administration and build the church.
The former and the latter love, build up, bless and empower each other through the covenant of grace.
The Central Pastoral Office is the highest leadership, decision-making and executive unit of the church. It governs and establishes the church in accordance with the Bible and the church constitution in order to train all saints to live out the faith, hope and love of the Great Commandment and the Great Commission.
We are citizens of the Kingdom of Heaven. We must realize the vision of the Kingdom of God and live in the presence of God while we are here on earth (coram Deo)
